PURPOSE:To improve agitating effect, by a method wherein, the attaching position of an agitating hand, fixed to an arm, is different in respective arms. CONSTITUTION:The main body 1 of a cylindrical incinerator is provided with a throw-in feeder 2 and a discharging port 3. The rotary shaft 4 of an agitator is located at the center of a furnace bottom and arms 5 are equipped at the top of the rotary shaft. Respective arms 5 are equipped with agitating hands 6 but distances between the agitating hand and the rotary shaft are different respectively. The difference in the position of respective agitating hands of each respective arms increases agitating effect remarkably because ridges, formed by laminated matters on the furnace bottom by the agitating hands of one arm, may be collapsed by the agitating hands of other arms.
