PURPOSE:To perform the black printing on an aluminum cap material for deep draw forming, by a method wherein a zirconium compound, polyacrylic acid and polyacrylic ester are used in the substrate treatment of a substrate and a metal printing ink layer having a color other than black is provided thereon and black ink is further applied to said ink layer. CONSTITUTION:A water-soluble zirconium compound and a polymer such as water-soluble polyacrylic acid are used as a substrate film on an aluminum or aluminum alloy substrate, and as the zirconium compound, there is ammonium zirconium polycarbonate and, as the polymer, there is polyacrylate other than said polyacrylic acid. The content of Zr in the formed film may be about 5-20mg/m<2> and, when drying is performed at 100 deg.C or more for 5-20sec, the substrate film is obtained. A printing layer due to metal printing ink having a color other than black is provided on the substrate film as first printing is coating quantity of about 0.2cc/dm<2> and may be dried at 150 deg.C for about 10min. Metal printing black ink is applied onto the first printing layer as second printing in coating quantity of about 0.2cc/dm<2>. |
