PURPOSE:To decrease the number of wires from an IIL circuit to a linear circuit by connecting the 1st current source of an interface circuit to a collector of the IIL circuit and a base of an NPN transistor (TR) and connecting the collector of the NPN TR to the 2nd current source of the interface circuit. CONSTITUTION:With logic A of an output of the IIL gate at a high level, a current from a current source Q3 flows to bases of TRS Q106 and Q101, which are turned on. Since a current is absorbed from the base of a TR Q107 and a current source Q4, the TR Q107 is turned off. With a logic A being an output of the IIL gate 1 at a low level, the current from the source Q3 all flows to the IIL gate 1, the TRS Q101,Q106 are turned off and the TR Q107 is turend on. That is, since one wire for the logic signal A from the IIL gate 1 controls the current drive of logic A and that of logic A, one wire is saved from the IIL circuit to the linear circuit.
