PURPOSE:To prevent the entrance of dust by blowing in clean air such as clean air, nitrogen gas and others into inside of a fluid transfer pump. CONSTITUTION:The air for cleaning is flown in through a breather a10 into an inner introduction tube 12 and then flows, together with corrosive gas generated from inside plating fluid, to a breather c22 through a gap between a housing a8 and disc a8. Dust is flown off toward the outside section inside the housing a8 by the disc 7 and then carried on the air current, together with the air blown in through the breather a10, and discharged to a breather c22 and then sent to an exhaust air processing device. Accordingly, the dust generating outside the fluid can be prevented from entering the fluid.
