<p>PURPOSE:To optimumly keep a gap between a plate material and a heating element and to improve the heating efficiency by giving potential energy to a base supporting a guide member and the heating element and arranging means, positioning the guide member and the heating element. CONSTITUTION:The base 15-17 is supported on a supporting base 13 extending toward supplying direction to the coil plate material 1 through one pair of springs 14, and each guide roller 18 is supported by the base 15-17. The guide roller 18 adjusts this inserting position by a screw 20 and nuts 21, 22. Supporting brackets 23-25 are fixed to each guide roller 18 and a supporting base 26 is supported by each bracket 23-25. The heating element 30 is arranged at the inner circumference of the coil supporting base 26 along the outer circumference of the coil plate material 1 to be formed as curving. As each guide roller 18 is moved as rotating on the outer surface of the coil plate material 1 by force of the spring 14, the gap between the coil plate material 1 and the heating element 30 is kept constant.</p> |
