PURPOSE:To simply retrieve address items higher in the frequency of call in a short time by less number of times of retrieving operation by rearranging address items in order of higher number of times of selection at every time call is made, and displaying them on a display unit in order of higher frequency of call. CONSTITUTION:When an operator operates, for instance, an address item display key to make a call, a control circuit 5 reads out four address items of lower display priority order number out of address items stored in a memory 6 and displays on a display unit 8 and executes the input supervision of row carrying instruction and the input supervision of identification numbers repeatedly. When, for instance, the operator operates the shift 72 of a key inputting section 7 to retrieve an address item to be called the control circuit 5 shifts address items displayed on the display unit 8 row by row, and reads out a new address item from the memory 6 and displays it.
