RECORDING INFORMATION READ METHOD FOR INFORMATION RECORDING DISK

PURPOSE:To read recording information in an excellent way by moving a beam spot forward/backward to a position corresponding to a track jump just preceding address and executing the normal reproduction when a track jump takes place again at the same position and the jumped track is the same. CONSTITUTION:A controller 12 stores the preceding and present value in a RAM 24 as a track jump just preceding and just succeeding address when the difference between the present and preceding address information obtained attended with the movement of an information detection point of a pickup 1 is a prescribed value or over. In moving the information detection point toward the prolonged direction, the difference between the present and preceding value is a prescribed value and the track jump just preceding address and the preceding address are coincident, then the information detection point is moved forward/backward by a prescribed distance from the position corresponding to the track jump just preceding address and the normal reproduction is executed.
