PURPOSE:To provide a heat exchanger capable of sending clean space cooling air in which no a waste gas is mixed into chambers such as vehicles, rooms and the like, and reducing pressure loss on the hot air flow side by coaxially disposing a heat flow passage cylinder within a heat absorbing passage cylinder and mounting a heat flow passage pipe connecting the heat flow passage cylinder to a burner by forming a predetermined angle with the heat flow passage cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A combustion gas generated by a burner 3 is blown into a heat flow passage 10 within a heat flow outgoing cylinder 9 through a heat passage pipe 4. The combustion gas which has been blown into the heat flow passage 10 advances in the direction shown by arrow A, passing between heat receiving fins 16 of a cover member 7 and being U-turned by the cover member 7. Thus, the combustion gas flows along a heat transfer passage 11 within a heat flow return cylinder 8. In a heat absorbing passage 12, a large number of radial heat radiation fins 5 are fixedly disposed on the outer periphery of a heat flow return cylinder 8. Air passes between heat radiation fins 5 and deprives the heat radiation fins 4 of heat and is warmed. Since the heat flow passage pipe 4 forms a predetermined angle with a heat flow passage cylinder 9, and further is disposed so as to through a heat absorbing passage cylinder 2, it does not obstacle the hot air flow but can cause the hot air to flow smoothly.
