发明名称 FUEL INJECTION DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable arbitrary control of an injection starting timing, by a method wherein a main port, deciding a rise of pilot injection, and a pilot port are formed in an injector, and an electromagnetic valve mechanism is situated in a passage through which the pilot port is connected to a fuel reservoir part. CONSTITUTION:An injection cylinder 44 and a nozzle holder 45 are connected to the under surface of a forced feed cylinder 43, and they are combined together by means of a holder nut 46 to form a unit injector 1. A forced feed plunger 47 is engaged internally of the forced cylinder 43, and is rotated through a cam follower 49 by means of a cam rotated in linkage with an engine. In this case, a main port 52 is formed in the forced feed cylinder 43 in a state to face a forced feed pump chamber 48, and a pilot port 53 is formed below the port 52. An electromagnetic valve mechanism 60 is located in a timing passage 62a, through which the port 53 is connected to a fuel gallery 55, and an injection starting timing is controllable through control of the electromagnetic valve mechanism 60.
