PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having improved coloring property of a magenta coloring matter, etc., by incorporating a specific coupler and/or a polymer coupler derivated from said coupler to the magenta coloring matter image forming layer, and by incorporating a specific coupler to a cyan coloring matter image forming layer according to a prescribed method, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The polymer coupler derivated from one kind of the couplers shown by formulas I-III is incorporated to the magenta coloring matter image forming layer by dispersing the polymer coupler in a high boiling point org. solvent having >6.0 dielectric constant, and the coupler shown by formula IV is incorporated to the cyan coloring matter image forming layer by dispersing the coupler in the high boiling point org. solvent having <=6.0 dielectric constant. In formulas I-III, Za-Zc are each a non-metal atom group necessary for forming a nitrogen contg. heterocyclic ring, Xa-Xc are each a group capable of releasing by reacting hydrogen atom, etc., Ra-Rg are each hydrogen atom, etc. In formula IV, R1 is a straight chain or a branched alkyl group having <=2 carbon atoms, X is hydrogen atom or a group capable of releasing by a coupling reaction, R2 is a ballast group. The coupler is incorporated to the titled material in an amount of 1X10<-2>-8X10<-1>mol per 1mol of silver halide. |
