发明名称 RESISTANCE SPOT WELDING METHOD FOR LAMINATED STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve welding strength of laminated sheet and steel sheet by making an electric resistance value of skin material with metal surface higher than that of the steel sheet when the laminated sheet having the skin material with metal surface on both surfaces of resin sheet and the steel sheet are subjected to the resistance spot welding. CONSTITUTION:Material 8 of the laminated sheet made by forming the skin materials with metal surface on both surfaces of resin and the steel sheet or the material 9 of the above-mentioned laminated sheet are piled up and electrodes 10 and 11 are brought into contact with pressure from the upper and lower sides and connected with a power source 12 and a molten nugget 13 is formed by resistance to spot-weld the materials 8 and 9. In the resistance spot welding method, the electric resistance value of the skin materials with metal surface of the welding side and the opposite outside at least of skin materials with metal surface forming the laminated sheet is constituted higher than that of steel or other skin materials with metal surface. In this way, the generation of heat of a layer of the outside of the skin with metal surface is accelerated and the nugget 13 to attain this is formed and the laminated sheet and the steel sheet or the materials of the laminated sheet are deposited mutually.
