PURPOSE:To obtain the title film which has excellent extensibility and elasticity and is useful for preventing water leakage due to cracks in concrete, by mixing a specified emulsion, an alumina cement, a magnetic iron oxide, a cellulose derivative, a silica sand, and reinforcing glass fibers or stainless steel fibers. CONSTITUTION:The title film is obtained by mixing an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin emulsion, an alumina cement, a cellulose derivative (e.g., hydroxyethylcellulose), a magnetic iron oxide, a silica sand, and reinforcing glass fibers or stainless steel fibers.
