<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of heat infiltration into a cryogenic refrigerant container by securing a sufficient adiabatic distance contriving the miniaturization of the whole of the container by suspending the cryogenic refrigerant container with a linear support material. CONSTITUTION:Since a cryogenic refrigerant container 4 which is a cryogenic region is suspended at three points by a small heat conductivity insulating wire 9 extended alternately through the outer diameter side and the inner diameter side of mutually different diameter large and small two support rings 10, 11, the adiabatic distance from a vacuum container 8 of a normal temperature region to the cryogenic refrigerant container 4 of a cryogenic region can be made longer and the evaporation of liquid helium 5 can be prevented by reducing the quantity of heat infiltration into the cryogenic refrigerant container 4. The quantity of heat infiltration can also be reduced less by providing a thermal anchor in the middle of the insulating wire 9 since the support rings 10, 11 are so provided as to touch radiation shields 72, 71 respectively.</p> |
