PURPOSE:To simplify and production system and contrive effective utilization of factory sites, by integrating a process for production system of instant Chinese noodles into module bodies and providing the module bodies with an assembly of a multistoried structure. CONSTITUTION:An A-unit (A), mounted on the topmost story and functioning as a mixing module is provided with vent holes (A1) on the roof and a mounting port capable of mounting a vertical conveyor capable of conveying a raw material from the ground into a raw material storage warehouse (A2) formed on one side. A B-unit (B) functioning as a rolling steamer module is additionally provided with ducts (B1) for letting steam generated from a steamer (B4) to the outside on the side of the sidewall and C-unit (C) functioning as a fryer module is additionally provided with a vent duct (C1) for letting hot air generated from a fryer (C3) to the outside on the side of the end sidewall. A D-unit (D) functioning as a cooling and packaging unit is provided with a discharge door (D9) for carrying products after completing packaging into a truck or warehouse, etc., at the end side. |
