<p>The pharmaceutical compsns. are made by (a) adjusting the water content of the individual particles of medicament to 8-11 wt.% by exposure to a humid atmos. at 15-50 deg. C, (b) subjecting the particles to controlled agglomeration or passing the particles through an aperture; and (c) tumbling and agitating the agglomerated prod. in a drum type granulating machine.</p> |
