PURPOSE:To lengthen the service life and to improve the accuracy by rotatively driving a center valve based on the temperature difference between a mixed hot water and a set level and regulating the quantities of cold and hot water being fed into a mixing chamber of an upper valve. CONSTITUTION:When a center valve 25 is in a neutral position, a cold water path 25a and a hot water path 25b are communicated with substantially same opening to a recess 31a of an upper valve 31, but when the center valve 25 rotates to the right and left, the mutually communicated openings vary in the opposite directions. The temperature of mixed hot water is detected by means of a temperature sensor 35 and compared with a setting level to produce a difference which is employed together with its polarity for rotating a motor 27 forwardly or rearwardly. The center valve 25 is rotatively driven by said motor so as to regulate the quantities of cold and hot water being fed into a mixing chamber 31a of the upper valve 31 thus maintaining the temperature of the mixed hot water at the setting level.
