PURPOSE:To prevent iron powder from entering the inside of a motor by providing a permanent magnet on the bottom plate of a fan case so as to surround the clearance part between a housing and a frame. CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 12 is embedded in the bottom plate 11 of a fan case so as to surround the clearance part 10 between a housing 5 and a frame 4. The iron powder contained in the fluid entered the inside of an air passage 7 is adsorbed, at the time of passage, by a permanent magnet 12 provided on the bottom plate 11 of the fan case so as to surround the clearance part 10, so that it is prevented from entering the inside of a motor 3 through the clearance part 10, and further the embedded magnet causes a reinforcement effect on the bottom plate 11 of the fan case, so that the prevention of resonance can be also effected.
