The anchor is used for anchoring facade elements on the load-bearing masonry structure. It has a U-profile (1), the leg ends (3) of which are angled off outwards. In order to render the anchor easily stackable for transporting and storage purposes, the invention provides that, at one profile end, each of the angled-off leg ends (3) is provided with at least one through-passage (4), through which reinforcing-steel members (5), forming the projecting part, can be plugged. <IMAGE>
