PURPOSE:The titled composition, obtained by blending a dimer acid glycidyl ester with a liquid polycarboxylic acid anhydride curing agent and butadiene.acrylonitrile copolymer oligomer and having good moisture resistance without cracking even by casting insulation treatment. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained blending (A) 15-85pts.wt. one or two or more epoxy resins selected from the group of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, hydrogenated bisphenol A diglycidyl ether, bisphenol F diglycidyl ether and bisphenol AD diglycidyl ether with (B) 85-15pts.wt. dimer acid glycidyl ester, (C) a polycarboxylic acid anhydride curing agent which is a liquid at ordinary temperature in an effective amount (0.55-1.45 equiv. based on 1 epoxy equiv.) and (D) 5-50pts.wt. butadiene.acrylonitrile copolymer oligomer which is a liquid at ordinary temperature and has terminal carboxyl groups. The total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100pts.wt.
