PURPOSE:To obtain four stable stopping points during one turn of a rotor by adopting four kinds of conduction systems in which the directions of DCs conducted through two coils are combined in the forward direction and the opposite direction. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical magnetic circuit 7 is constituted of a magnetic pole 1, annular-shaped yokes 3, 4, a coil 5 and a cylindrical yoke 6, and a cylindrical magnetic circuit 57 is organized of a magnetic pole, annular-shaped yokes 53, 54, a coil 55 and a cylindrical yoke 56. A combination magnetic circuit 11 is constructed of the cylindrical magnetic circuits 5, 57, a permanent magnet 8, a case 10 and a cylindrical outer box 9. Rotors 12, 62 are turned in the combination cylindrical magnetic circuit 11. The rotors 12, 62 are given four stable stopping points according to four kinds of conduction systems in which the directions of DCs conducted through the coils 5, 55 are combined in the forward direction and the opposite direction.
