CONSTITUTION:The iris of the television camera is closed, the incidence of light is cut off, only the fixed pattern is outputted and the fixed pattern having no random noise is stored in the 1-frame memory 6. Then the iris of the television camera is opened to input a video signal from the television camera to an input signal terminal 1, the random noise of the video signal is eliminated, the fixed pattern stored in the 1-frame memory 6 is subtracted from the output of the 1-frame delay circuit without the random noise by a subtraction circuit 8, the result is D/A-converted by a D/A conversion circuit 6 and outputted to an output terminal 7.
