PURPOSE:To obtain the titled material having less mixed colors of the color sensitive material suitable for a laser picture recording by specifying a peak of spectral sensitivity of the green sensitive emulsion layer. CONSTITUTION:The green sensitive emulsion layer having the spectral sensitivity of a peak at 500-530nm is mounted on the titled material. The ratio of sensitivities of between the green sensitive emulsion layer and the blue sensitive emulsion layer against the light of 514.5nm is controlled to <=0.08. The green sensitive emulsion layer is preferably spectrally sensitized by the compd. shown by formula I or II. In the formula I, Z is a 5 or 6 membered heterocyclic group, Q is an atom group necessary for forming rhodanine ring, etc., R1 is alkyl group, R2 is H or alkyl group. In formula II, Z2 in an atom group necessary for forming a tetrazole ring, etc., Z3 is an atom group necessary for forming imidazole ring, etc., R3 and R5 are each alkyl group, R4 is H or alkyl group, X<-> is an anion, (m) is 1 or 2. |
