摘要 PURPOSE:To facilitate a manufacture, reduce a measuring error and continuously measure a differential pressure between different pressure fluids by introducing the different pressure fluids to be measured into upper and lower cylinder chambers via lead paths. CONSTITUTION:Two high and low pressure fluids to be measured are introduced into the upper and lower cylinder chambers 9 and 10 of a cylinder 2 via lead paths 4 and 5, respectively. Thus, the pressures of the fluids act on upper and lower pressure receiving surfaces 22 and 23, respectively, to generate a downward differential pressure, moving a ram 3 downward. The downward moving force of the ram 3 is transmitted to the weighing pan 29 of an electronic balance 6 and the difference pressure between the two fluids is measured by the balance 6. On the other hand, the N and S polarities of both ends of the iron core of an electromagnet 8 are reversed every short time under the control of an oscillator 35 and the electromagnet 8 repulses and attracts an adjacent permanent magnet 7. Thus, the magnet 7 swings relative to the fixed electromagnet 8 and a swinging force thus produced is transmitted to the ram 3, which swings about its axis. Accordingly, a frictional resistance between the ram 3 and the cylinder 2 is removed and the vertical movement of the ram 3 is surely conducted.
