PURPOSE:To send out a conversation voice signal consisting of recording contents based upon the opposite caller and conversation contents and a human voice according to the opposite caller and conversation contents by dispersing and recording a part of a conversation voice which is usually used at high frequency, part by part. CONSTITUTION:When an operator puts the handset off the hook and dials a number to start talking with the opposite subscriber and then presses an address key 10-1 so as to select a memory 9-1, a control circuit 15 opens a selection switch 14. Then while a changeover switch 12 is so controlled as to connect the memory 9-1 to an interface circuit 6, an address counter 13 is controlled to read the contents of the memory 9-1 and also read the time t1 corresponding to the memory 9-1 out of a memory 17, so that a timer 16 counts the time t1. Consequently, the contents of the memory 9-1 are sent out to the opposite party through the interface circuit 6. Then, the control circuit 16 releases the changeover switch 12 after counting the time t1 by the timer 16, and the controls the selection switch 14 so that a CODEC 7 and the interface circuit 6 are connected mutually.
