PURPOSE:To obtain concrete blocks for revetment to enable the rear surfaces to be visually confirmed after embankment, by combining peep-holed blocks integrally with each other. CONSTITUTION:At both end sections on the opening sides of a shell-formed cage unit 3, transparent members 4, 5 are fixed liquid-tight. Inside the transparent members 4, 5, condensation-proof sheets 7 are provided. After that, the cage unit interior between the transparent members 4, 5 is filled up with drier materials 10 to form peep-holed blocks 2. Said blocks 2 are integrally combined with each other on the center to form concrete blocks 1 for revetment. As a result, the state of the rear surfaces of the concrete blocks 1 can be visually confirmed exactly and clearly always even after the completion of an embankment, therefore a ground cavity formed due to sediment discharge can be visually confirmed and an urgent counter measure against depression can be prepared previously.
