PURPOSE:To uniformly radiate a body to be irradiated, by placing a light source on one end part of a transparent light receiving body which has been placed in the lower part of the body to be irradiated, raising its bottom face in a circular arc shape or in an inclined shape as it goes away from the light source, and providing a reflecting member on a part where an incident angle of a light beam exceeds a critical angle and a part corresponding to the body to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:On the upper part of a transparent acryl light receiving body 11, a liquid crystal display 12 and an acryl plate 13 for protecting this device are placed. In a light source fitting hole 15, a light source 16 is provided. The bottom face of the light receiving body 11 rises in a shape of a circular arc as it goes away from the light source 16, and becomes thin gradually. Diffusing and reflecting members 14a, 14b are provided on a part of the light receiving body 11, in which the incident light from the light source 16 becomes a critical angle, and a part corresponding to the lower part of the liquid crystal display 12. The light beam emitted from the light source 16 is reflected by the reflecting member 14a, and also, brought to a total reflection by a part being smaller than the critical angle, propagated by a multipath reflection in the light receiving body, brought to an irregular reflection by the reflecting member 14b, and radiates equally the liquid crystal display 12.
