PURPOSE:To supply hot water at a predetermined fixed time by providing a hot and cold water mixing valve which regulates the ratio of hot water and cold water and a controller which controls by opening and closing a flow rate control valve according to a setting by a time setting means. CONSTITUTION:The temperature of hot and cold water mixture the ratio of which is regulated by a control valve 10 is detected by a thermistor 25 and its flow rate is detected by a flow rate sensor 26. According to signals from those sensors and the signal from a setting device, a motor 19 on the hot water side and a motor 20 on the cold water side are controlled by a controller 27. The setting device 28 is provided with a switch 29 which supplies a hot and cold water mixture at a predetermined mixture temperature, mixture flow rate and counted value of mixture flow rates and a start time control switch 34 and a time regulation setting section 35, and it is possible to set the temperature of mixture hot water by a switch 38, the mixture flow rate by a switch 39 and the counted value of mixture flow rates by a switch 40 by means of a switch 38. Lastly, the hot water mixture can be supplied to a bath tub 43 provided with a time setting means.
