PURPOSE:To attain a stable drive by providing a magnet giving the clamp force to a turntable and arranging a motor supporting plate made of a magnetic material to a counter disk face, thereby approaching a motor output shaft and a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 23b generating the clamp force to the pressing member 80 of a clamp mechanism is provided to the turntable 23. Further, a supporting plate 22 supporting a spindle motor 25 and the turntable 23 is made of a magnetic material, arranged to the counter disk face of the table 23, which is attracted to the supporting plate 22 by the magnetic force of the magnet 23b. Through the arrangement structure as above, since the output shaft 25a of the spindle motor 25 and the bearing supporting the shaft are arranged nearby, the inexpensive stable rotation is realized without generating vibration and requiring any special member.
