PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of a mount face of a magnetic head by allowing to adhere a head mount member fixed with the magnetic head to a head carriage via a spherical shape part. CONSTITUTION:A semispherical part 45B is projected downward to a base 45A of a head mount plate 45, a holder 168 is provided on the upper face of a head carriage 42 and a semispherical recess 168A is formed on the holder 168. The diameter of the spherical recess 168A is formed slightly larger than the diameter of the semispherical part 45B of the mount plate 45, the holder 168 is fixed onto the head carriage 42 at its bottom 168B by an adhesives 166 and the semispherical part 45B of the head mount plate 45 is fixed onto the spherical reces 168A of the holder 168 by an adhesives 166. In assembling the device, a head mount plate 45 is held to the moving arm of an adjusting jig and the arm is moved by adjust the bent, tilt, azimuth, deviation of center and projection and the head is finished by applying the adhesives 166 into the spherical recess 168A of the holder 168. |
