PURPOSE:To reduce the switching time by executing only the reception even in the standby mode so as to eliminate the need for the transmission of information again from other equipment when the mode is switched to the operationable mode. CONSTITUTION:A mode command means 60 commands the operationable mode or the standby mode exclusively to transmission inhibition means 21, 22 by the command of main control sections 11, 12. For example, the transmission inhibition means 21 sends a signals to permit the transmission to communication means 31, 41, 51 and the transmission inhibiting means 22 sends a signal to inhibit the sending to communication means 32, 42, 52. In receiving a signals permitting the sending, each interface communication means executes both the transmission and receiving commanded by the main control sections 11, 12. On the other hand, in receiving a signal inhibiting the sending, the interface means does not execute the sending even if the main control sections 11, 12 command the sending, but executes only the reception.
