PURPOSE:To facilitate integrated judge and to enhance judge sensitivity to perform highly reliable judge, by preliminarily storing the detected current data at each detec tion point in a detected current memory apparatus and reading the same at the time of the detection of a trouble section to perform comparison. CONSTITUTION:Current detectors 2A-2D are provided to a cable line 1 at every detection points A-D of a definite internal and detected current memory devices 3A-3D storing the detected current data detected at said detection points are provided to said cable line 1 and, further, an external signal applying line 4, a data reading line 5 and a trouble section judge apparatus 6 are connected to the cable line 1. The value of the current flowing to the cable line 1 of each phase is detected at the detec tion points A-D and the detected current data at the detection points A-D are sampled at a predetermined sampling internal and respectively stored in memory device 3A-4D while being updated. At the time of the detection of a trouble section, the storing of the memory devices 3A-3D is stopped all at once by the external signal from the line 4 and the detected current data at the detection points read from the memory devices 3A-3D are sent to the judge apparatus 6 through the line 5 and compared to detect the trouble section.
