PURPOSE:To prevent a blow-hole from being left in an adhesive, by lowering pressure in a vacant part by exhaust, soaking an aperture provided at a spacer member in an adhesive layer keeping the above state, and intaking and filling the adhesive into the vacant part of the adhesive by a pressure difference between the pressure in the vacant part, and outside air pressure. CONSTITUTION:Two sheets of substrates 1 and 2 having recording layers 3 and 4, are arranged oppositely through spacer members 6a and 6b, and a vacant part 8 to fill the adhesive between both substrates 1 and 2 is formed. And the aperture 9 communicating the vacant part 8 with the outside is provided at the spacer members 6a and 6b, and the air in the vacant part 8 is exhausted from the aperture 9. Afterwards, the adhesive is filled in the vacant part after intaking it from the aperture 9 to the vacant part 8, then both substrates 1 and 2 are stuck with the adhesive.
