PURPOSE:To call back a calling terminal, by storing a time incoming during incoming rejection setting and an extension number of the caller side in a main storage device corresponding to an incoming terminal equipment and reading the stored time and the extension number of the caller side at the release of incoming rejection. CONSTITUTION:When a special code by a user of an extension 101 receiving an incoming rejection signal is dialed the setting time, the extension telephone number of the telephone set 101 and the extension telephone number of the called party extension 100 are registered on an extension data storage area in the main storage device 104. When the special code is dialed to set the release of incoming rejection by the user of the extension 100 to release the incoming rejection of the extension 100, a central control unit 103 seeks the extension telephone number of the extension 100 from the called extension number registered in the main storage device 104 and when it is registered, the registration of a message from other telephone sets is informed to the extension 100 during the rejection of incoming call.
