PURPOSE:To obtain a paint which gives an electrically conductive coating film which has improved durability and does not cause discoloration even after the passage of time, by blending an electrically conductive paint contg. copper powders with an org. titanate compd. and a low-molecular silane compd. CONSTITUTION:A paint is obtd. by blending an electrically conductive paint contg. copper powders with an org. titanate compd. and a low-molecular silane compd. Copper powders having an average particle size of not larger than 50mu are particularly preferred. Isopropyl trialkanoyltitanates of formulas I and II are particularly preferred as the org. titanate compd. Examples of the silane compd. are those of formula III (wherein X is an alkoxy, vinyl, an alkyl, an omega-glycidoxyalkyl or an omega-methacryloxyalkyl; R is a 1-4C alkyl; and n is a number of 0-2). Usually, 0.1-5pts.wt. org. titanate compd. and 0.1-2pts.wt. silane compd. are used per 100pts.wt. copper powders.
