PURPOSE:To prevent the reverse surface of a film from being flawed and static electricity from being generated by sending the film integrally along with a feed belt and inhibiting it from sliding on the receiving surface of a low pressure box directly. CONSTITUTION:This tomographyic device is equipped with the low pressure box 13 having the receiving surface 12 with many air vents, a vacuum pump 14 which discharges air from the low pressure box 13, and the feeding belt 15 which is interposed between the film 10 and receiving surface 12 and receives he film 10 directly and moves reciprocally and integrally. The film 10 is sucked to the receiving surface 12 of the low pressure box 13 under negative pressure and held in a plane state, but does not contact the receiving surface 12 directly and contacts the feeding belt 15 directly. The film 10 moves as this feed belt 15 moves and the positions of projection images from a monitor television 6 are changed successively. Consequently, there is no relative movement (slide) between the reverse surface of the film 10 and feed belt 15, so the film reverse surface is never flawed and no static electricity is generated.
