PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a time, by designating the time desired by a caller at a message storing means, and transmitting the message to a callee at a designated time after the storage of the message. CONSTITUTION:A register 3 is captured by the raising of a handset by a caller 1 at the time of generating need to communicate with a callee 2. Then, a dial tone DT is sent from the register 3. The caller 1 dials the number of a message storage device 4 after listening the DT. The register 3, after receiving the number of the storage device 4, connects the device 4 to the caller 1. On completing the connection between the device 4, and the caller 1, a special DT is sent from the device 4. The caller 1 listens the special DT, and makes store the number of the callee, a designated time, and the message. Afterwards, a system scans the designated time stored in the device 4 cyclically. At the time of the arrival of the desired time designated by the caller 1, the device 4 calls the callee 2, and the message is sent from the device 4 to the callee 2.
