PURPOSE:To eliminate necessity of reading a label stuck on a device every time and make it possible to display revision information on a display unit by operating a keyboard etc. when necessary. CONSTITUTION:Revision information related to the alteration of a device or a program is stored beforehand in a non-volatile storing means 4. The device 4 is renewed successively according to information related to alteration inputted from an inputting device 2 every time alteration occurs, and the newest revision information is stored. When it is desired to obtain revision information in such a state, display instruction is inputted from the device 2 such as a keyboard etc., a controlling means 5 reads revision information stored in the means 4 and displays in a display unit 3. A program related to the action of the means 5 is stored in a CPU 1. Thus, revision information can be known when desired by displaying revision information on the unit 3 by operating the keyboard etc. when necessary without reading a label stuck on the device every time. |
