PURPOSE:To simplify the equipment by installing the first and second selecting means for the setting to one among the states of high speed two-wheel drive, high speed four-wheel drive, and low speed four-wheel drive and permitting the setting to other driving state when the both means do not output a signal. CONSTITUTION:When a soleoid valve 60 is turned-OFF, and a solenoid valve 80 is turned-ON, a spool 27 shifts to the high speed stage setting position, and a clutch C4 is engaged, and the high speed four-wheel drive state in generated. When the solennoid valves 60 and 80 are turned-ON, the spool 27 shifts to the low speed stage setting position, and low speed four-wheel drive state is generated. Further, when the solenoid valves 60 and 80 are turned-OFF, the clutch C4 and a brake B4 are released, and the high speed two-wheel drive state is generated. Therefore, the operation is permitted with only one switch and two contact points, and the device for selecting the driving state can be made simple.
