PURPOSE:To determine the aging life of a rocket motor equipped with a solid propelling agent easily and accurately, by memorizing information determining the range an ambient temperature measured periodically covers a preset temperature range together with measuring frequency. CONSTITUTION:An ambient temperature measured with a temperature sensor 13 is taken periodically into a microcomputer 15 as detection data to judge the extent this detection data covers a preset temperature range and the results of judgement are memorized into a memory section together with measuring frequency. Then, the memory data is read out and a computation is performed using a specified formula thereby enabling the determination of the aging life at a high accuracy.
