PURPOSE:To contrive an improvement in working efficiency and a quality by enabling to discharge efficiently a plastic pipe in a perfectly round state, whose foil has been mostly removed, by a method wherein a corresponding part to a press roller of a short pipe is formed into an ellipse whose press roller side becomes a short side and an inner circumferential guide surface pressing a flat plastic pipe in a right angle direction to a fold is formed on both end parts of its long side. CONSTITUTION:When the tip of a tube 25 is made to hold between press rollers 17, 18 by inserting the dame through an inlet part 24b of a short pipe 24 so that a fold 25a turns sideways, the press rollers 17, 18 are turned in the direction shown by an arrow E, the tube 25 is sent out toward an outlet part 24c at high speed and discharged through the outlet part 24c. The tube 25 is deformed in about a 8-shaped state by a method wherein the tube 25 is crushed sideways according as it moves toward a middle part 24d from a cylindrical part 24a and in the middle part 24d, both the top and bottom ends are pressed by an inner circumferential guide surface 24c and the fold 25a is pressed by press rollers 17, 18 and the fold 25a is almost removed by pressing of the press rollers 17, 18. |
