ROTARY COMPRESSOR

The compressor has its cylinder (15) sandwiched between two bearings (13,14) together with a rotary piston (16) mounted for eccentric movement on the crankshaft (11). On the surface (17) of the bearing (14) opposite to the cylinder (15), a circular recess (19) accommodates the valve (18) associated with a valve hole (20) leading from the cylinder into the valve case chamber (23). A pressed steel discharge cover (21) is screwed on to the surface (17) opposite the cylinder and secures to it a flat diaphragm (22). A discharge chamber (24) is formed by the protrusion (21a) of the discharge cover. Produces low level of discharge noise and miniaturisation of rotary compressor is aided.
