According to the invention, a polar organic solution is prepared that contains polyurethane polymer solid 8-30% having 170 deg.C softening point, silica gel 0.1-10%, nonion surface active agent 0.1-5%, anion surface active agent 0.1-5% and stabilized isocyanide 1-15%. The solution is made to have the viscosity of 20-200ps and is coated on a textile sheet to have the isocyanide with the desity distribution 70% or more within the textile. The coated sheet is left standing for 1- 5 min., wet-coagulated and washed to produce foams, and treated for water repellent.
