PURPOSE:To form a toner composition superior in low temperature fixability, offset resistance, and the like by incorporating a nonlinear polyester resin having an acid component, an alcohol component, and a cross-linking component each in a specified proportion as a binder resin. CONSTITUTION:The binder resin has the mono- and di-carboxylic acid components, and as the alcohol component, rosin glycidyl ester in an amount of 5-50mol% of the total polyol component, etherified diphenols in an amount of 20-30mol% of it, and diols not containing a phenyl ring, and the cross- linking component composed of >=3-valent polycarboxylic acids and such polyols in an amount of, for example, 0.5-20wt% of the polyester resin. |
