发明名称 WEAR RESISTANT MAGNETIC RECORDING BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve wear resistance by incorporating a specific ratio of respective atoms alone or both atoms into a lower layer if said layer contains hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms and incorporating a specific ratios of the hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms alone or both atoms into an upper layer if said layer contains the hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms. CONSTITUTION:This wear resistant magnetic recording body is formed with the lower layer consisting of the relatively hard carbonaceous film and the upper layer consisting of the relatively soft carbonaceous film on a magnetic film surface formed on a nonmagnetic base material surface. The lower layer of such recording medium is incorporated therein with up to about 5at% respective atoms alone or in total of both the atoms in the case if incorporating the hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms therein and the upper layer is incorporated therein with >=about 6at% hydrogen atoms or fluorine atoms or in total of both the atoms. The carbonaceous film has a high coefft. of friction and is obtd. as the hard film of the extent at which the disk surface is not affected if the content of the H or F alone or the total of the H and F is <=5at%. Said film is obtd. as the soft film of the extent at which the coefft. of friction is low but the disk surface is flawed by a slider of a head if said content is >=6at%.
