PURPOSE:To make it possible to shorten the warming up time of an exhaust heat recovery boiler, by supplying the high pressure steam with reduced pressure, to the low pressure side of a steam turbine instead of the low pressure steam, when a plant starts. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure of a high-pressure steam reaches a fixed value by warming after firing of a gas-turbine 3, a steam pressure adjusting value stop valve 22 is opened and a start-up controller starts again to raise the revolving speed. Thus, the high pressure steam in the state of its pressure reduced, is supplied to the low-pressure steam side of a steam turbine 18 at more than a fixed number of revolutions after passing through a steam pressure regulator valve 21, and a steam pressure adjusting valve stop valve 22. After that, when the temperature and the pressure are elevated on the low-pressure steam side, and the pressure of a low-pressure drum 6 reaches more than the fixed value, the steam pressure control valve stop valve 22 is closed, and the steam from the low-pressure drum 6 is supplied on the low-pressure steam side of the steam turbine 18. In this way, it is possible in the exhaust heat recovery boiler 4, to plan the shortening of starting time, using the characteristic that the speed up of the temperature and the pressure of the high pressure steam is ordinarily faster than that of the low pressure steam. |
