<p>PURPOSE:To reduce or prevent the generation of trouble and disorder and to reduce the control labor of a plant, by introducing apparatuses for the estimation/evaluation, control and information comparing judgment of the life deterioration of machinery parts. CONSTITUTION:Input information 1 consists of seven informations such as machinery/ parts informations, disorder/trouble informations and knowledge/experience informations, etc. and is inputted from an input apparatus 2 and sent to a memory apparatus 6 through the input/output processing function of an operational processing control unit 3 to be stored and held therein as a separate data file. Operation information 4 is also inputted from a process input apparatus 5 and processed to be stored and held in the memory apparatus 6. The request of an operator is inputted from the input apparatus 2 and operational processing is carried out by functions such as the input/output processing function, searching processing function, statistic processing function and trouble generation estimating function of the operational processing control unit 3. A part of informations is compared with the previous ones by an information comparing judge apparatus 7 and corrected to be stored and held in the memory apparatus 6. An operational result is displayed on a CRT display device 8 or a printing and display output apparatus 9.</p> |
