发明名称 POSITIONING METHOD FOR BENDING MEMBER TO BE FORGED
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a working efficiency by performing the positioning of the material to be forged by using the knockout pin arranged so as to conform to the shape of the bending member to be forged and moving to the lower part according to the descent of the upper die at the forging time as well. CONSTITUTION:The bending member 1 to be forged is set to the prescribed position of the lower die 2 so as to abut the outer side face to a knockout pin 4. The knockout pin 4 is moved to the lower part at a fixed speed with descending the upper die at the prescribed speed. The projection amount of the knockout pin 4 becomes zero before the press ram reaching to the lower dead center. In this way the yield of materials and working efficiency can be improved.
