MANUFACTURE OF HEAT EXCHANGER TUBE WITH WIRE FIN

PURPOSE:To inexpensively manufacture the heat exchanger tube with a wire fin which is safe and strong and has a high cooling performance by winding the wire bent in zigzags to the heat exchanger tube spirally in continuation and performing a laser beam welding of the contact part of the wire and heat exchanger tube in succession. CONSTITUTION:The wire fin 2 bent in zigzag is wound spirally on the outer periphery of a heat exchanger tube 1. The contact part A of the wire 2 and heat exchanger tube 1 is subjected to a laser beam welding. The manufacture is easy only by bending the continuous wire in zigzags. The setting of a pitch P is easy only by winding on the heat exchanger tube 1 spirally and the manufacture is easy because of performing the laser beam welding of high heat consistency of the contact part A. The cooling performance is high because of a wire fin and it is safe and strong.
