PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. having excellent wear resistance and flame retardance in a highly crosslinked state and scarcely causing environmental pollution, comprising a specific ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer a non- halogen flame-retardant and a crosslinking assistant. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. can be obtained by blending 100pts.wt. ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer whose MI is 1.0 or less, pref. 0.8 or less, ethyl acrylate content is 20wt% or less, pref. 16wt% or less, and product of the MI and the ethyl acrylate content is 4-15, pref. 4-12 (A), 5-200pts.wt. non-halogen flame-retardant (e.g. Al(OH)3) 0.1-5pts.wt. crosslinking assistant (e.g. triallyl isocyanurate), and if necessary, a crosslinking agent (e.g. dicumyl oerixude), a solid lubricant (e.g. polyethylene wax), an inorg. filler, an antioxidant, a coupling agent, a pigment and so on. |
