PURPOSE:To summarily detect various kinds of abnormal states by detecting the signals exchanged among the control part of a machine and plural work devices according to the motion order of each work device and storing the signal state of the detected signal in the lapse of time. CONSTITUTION:The main control part 1 of the production process working a sheet metal A subordinates a loader control part 3, turret punch press control part 5 and unloader control part 7, transmitting a work command signal to each control part 3, 5, 7, which detect the sequence signal exchanged among the loader 9, turret punch press 15 and unloader 17 by detection parts 19, 21, 23 in the order of the exchange and store in memory parts 25, 27, 29 in the lapse of time. The main control part 1 detects the signal exchanged among each control part 3, 5, 7 by the detection part 31 in the order of exchange and it is stored in the lapse of time in the memory part 33. In this way, the various abnormal states of a machine can summarily be detected.
